Compliance with laws and regulations to take care of employees' rights

 1.Do not use child labor (under 16 years of age), do not accept any supplier or   

     subcontractor to use child labor.

 2. Respecting labor’s freedom and prohibit any of forced .Also do not accept by

      supplier or subcontractor to use forced labor.

 3. Provide safe and hygienic working and living area to ensure the safety and health

     of labor.

 4. Promote capital and labor cooperation and respect the views of labor.

 5. Provide an equitable working environment and prohibits any of discrimination.

 6. Respect the basic human rights of labor and prohibit any of insulting .

 7. Reasonable arrangements for the production plan, reasonable arrangements for

     the working hours and rest, leave.

 8. Provide reasonable salary and benefits, at least to meet the basic needs of labor.

 9. Respect for the freedom of association and collective bargaining.

 10. The organization and management operations are compliance with government

      and international laws and continue to improve.

   4.推動勞資合作,尊重從業員的意見。

   5.提供平等和公平的工作環境,禁止任何形式的歧視行為。

   6.尊重從業員的基本人權,禁止任何形式侮辱人格的行為。

   7.合理安排生產計畫,合理安排從業員的工作時間和休息休假。

   8.提供合理的薪資福利,至少滿足從業員的基本需要。

   9.尊重員工自由結社及集體談判權。

   10.組織管理運作均符合政府及國際相關法規並持續追求改善進步。
